CfP - Symposium 2013

Save the date!

On December 13, 2013 – which is a Friday, btw – Humboldt-University will host a symposium of the AILA Research Network “Sociocultural Theory and Emergentism”. The symposium will be organised by Lutz Küster and Stephan Breidbach.

What is the ReN about?

This ReN aims at bringing Sociocultural and Dynamics Systems Theory (and what in German would be Bildungstheorie) together to find a new and more integrated theoretical and methodological approach to second/further language learning and use. Besides trying to describe and explain language acquisition more comprehensively, issues of learner identities rank high on the list.
